Amy Ryan, Owner

 

 

Amy, a resident of Chagrin Falls, is the former owner of two doggy day care and overnight dog boarding facilities as part of a national franchise.  She left the franchise and re-branded one of her former franchised locations to Chagrin Valley Lucky Dog Club, which is now an independently-owned business.  As a loving parent of her third generation of Cavalier King Charles Spaniels (Tiffany, Sabrina, Mary Sue, Coco Chanel & Jolene) Amy understands how important dogs are to their families and treats members of Lucky Dog Club as if they were her own dogs.

 

Prior to becoming involved in the dog daycare/boarding business, Amy worked on Wall Street for over 20 years analyzing specialty retail companies, including those in the pet care industries.  Amy lived for a few years as a child in Chagrin Falls, which is what brought her back to this community upon leaving her financial career in New York City and embarking on a new venture.  Amy, a Chartered Financial Analyst, has an undergraduate degree and an MBA from Vanderbilt University and in her time outside of the Club enjoys her Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, gardening, 1970’s music, interior decorating and the Cleveland Cavalier King Charles Spaniels social club that she founded.
