"We were referred by a friend and have been a customer of this owner's establishments for the past five years and were very excited to know she had a location near our new home in the Aurora area!

One benefit of the new location was that it offered bathing services, especially convenient after a long weekend away and picking up our happily exhausted, fresh-smelling, large, golden doodle.

In our experience, she has always been very prompt with returning confirmation emails for reservations; even when last minute and/or around holidays (always a relief when trying to juggle many family obligations/schedules) and flexible when needing to adjust pick-up/drop-off times/days.

Recently, our furry family member had a "medical" issue that required special attention just before a weekend we had reservations for boarding. We could not change our plans and were so grateful to the owner and her staff for accommodating our doodle in a manner that allowed him to continue his recovery, enjoy the outdoor play yard and give us piece of mind that he was safe/in good hands.

We have utilized other boarding locations in the past but have not been nearly as satisfied with the efficiency, communication, cleanliness and overall experience that we have come to expect from the owner and her staff."

"This is a wonderful facility! We live a half-hour from here so it's not close, but well worth the trip. Our 2 beagles have such a great time, and come home exhausted and so well-adjusted that you know they were well cared for. Additionally, it is brand new and sparkling clean. The owner, Amy, and her staff are great. They care for our dogs as if they were their own. We bring them here with complete confidence."

"I am definitely a Lucky Dog fan!! I have sent my 2 boys to other local facilities and find Amy and her staff are very knowledgable and accommodating to my schedule...

I use Lucky Dog regularly while I am at school each week and often overnight on weekends. We were lucky enough to have Amy and her staff watch Jackson and Porter during the long Holiday and could not have been more at ease knowing they would be well taken care of. It's perfect since the dogs play all day and then relax in their own space at night just to be able to get up the next day and do it all again!!!. Would highly recommend all dog lovers to give their dogs a Lucky Dog Day."

"We simply LOVE CVLDC! Amy and her staff are so good with Atticus and all the other dogs at camp. He's always so happy to spend the day there and play with his friends as well as favorite "human", Mike!

Being a member of the Club, makes us feel at ease when we drop him for extended periods for vacation, we know he's well taken care of and we can look in on him from time to time.

When my mother passed recently Amy went out of her way to assure us that he was in good hands, and enabled us to do what we needed to do.

"I grew up in Chagrin Falls, and now that I live in Columbus. Unfortunately that meant my dog would have to go to "the hotel" for the weekend here in Columbus when I would go visit with family. I tried different places but the sad fact is that pet smart was our best option at the time. Their play room was smaller than our dining room, and she had share that space with about 10 other dogs.

Then I found the lucky dog club. This place is amazing! The staff are great, and even the owners dogs spend the day there exploring and greeting guests. They have much larger spaces for the dogs to play. Most important for me though is that when i find myself with a few hours in the day with nothing going on, i can head down, pick up my dog and take her exploring through town or the metro parks. I love the feeling that i have access to my dog with out having to end her boarding and then re-enroll her after taking her for a walk on my own. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Plus if you are from Chagrin and you're going out of town, you can always log into their web cams and see your own little monster making friends in the play area.

Do yourself a favor and board your dog here! You will be able to relax knowing its dog lovers watching your buddy and not a faceless company and a teenager who views it only as a paycheck."

The owner and the staff are highly accommodating to my unpredictable travel schedule and I never have to worry about my "kids" while I am away. "I boarded my Golden Retriever, Star, for eleven days over Christmas while I was visiting my family in Texas. We had a fabulous experience! I was able to bring all of his toys and his favorite things from home and call and check on him frequently. Christmas Day was not even an extra charge!
