Home is Best, but when You have to be Away

Where Does Your Dog Stay?

 

 

If he is a member of the Chagrin Valley Lucky Dog Club you can rest easy while taking care of business or relax while you are on vacation. Lucky Dog Club members will enjoy all day play time every day of their stay with us and relax after play time in one of our 50 spacious cozy dog kennels overnight. We provide everything your dog needs while you are away (free of charge), but we welcome you to bring items from home (except food bowls and beds too large to  fit in a normal washer or dryer) to help ensure your Lucky Dog is comfortable during the dog boarding stay.

  • Absolutely no hidden charges. Our boarding rate includes overnight accommodations, all feeding (we do prefer that you bring your own food), administration of medicine, a Kuranda cot, and lots of attention and cleaning.  Dogs wishing to participate in daycare during their boarding stay are charged a separate discounted day care fee per day.  There is no charge for doggie daycare on the day of departure if dogs are picked up by 12pm.

 

  • Webcams. We are delighted to be able to let you in on the fun at the Club with webcams powered by Online Doggy. You can watch your dog in the play yards through your computer, phone or tablet.

 

  • Convenient location. Flexible drop off and pick up hours. You may drop off or pick up your dog for day care or boarding anytime during our business hours, which are Monday – Friday 7am to 6:30pm & weekends and major holidays 8am to 11am and 3pm to 6pm. 
     

  • Baths and nail trims. Send your dog home fresh from the Club with a dog bath, conditioner, brush and dry.

 

  • Kuranda cots. You may bring your dog’s favorite blanket, toy, etc. We do provide a cot for your dog in his own individual sleeping accommodation, so please leave large beds at home.

 

  • Easy reservations. Our reservation system allows you to book your reservation online and update your dog’s profile to add special notes or changes in feeding preferences in advance to his boarding stay.  Or, you can simply email your reservation to reservations@chagrinluckydog.com or call us at 440-543-0796.
